TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ordering from Hackman & Potter is very straightforward.  If you look through our website and see something that you would like to buy simply click on the "Add" button to add it to the shopping basket. Once you have added an item to your basket, you can access the shopping basket at any time by clicking on "View Basket" below the menu bar on every page. When you have finished, click on ‘checkout’ where you will be asked for further details to complete your order.

On receipt of your order you will be sent an email confirmation detailing all purchases.


Payment

We accept most major credit cards except Diners and American Express.
Online payment is provided in a secure environment and our online store is maintained on a secure server.


VAT

Orders are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Our VAT number is GB566 5760 05. You will receive a VAT invoice with your delivery.


Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). We have a 28 day delivery policy but most goods leave within 7 days. We deliver your purchases via secured courier or postal service depending on the order.


Out of Stock Items

If your item is not in stock, we will keep your order and send it to you as soon as it is available. You will not be charged for items that are not in stock.


Returns or Exchanges

We try at all times to please our customers.

Please check all items as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

You may return any unused items within 7days for a full refund or an exchange provided the goods have not been used and are returned in original condition. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.

Please ensure that items are returned to us safely and in their original packaging. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We recommend that goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and refunds will not be made until the goods have been received. The address to send returns to is on our contact page

Great care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, sizes and specifications were correct at the time of publication on this website. All sizes are approximate. Slight variations on colours may occur on some products. Fabrics may vary slightly.
